2018 Writing Resolutions: February

Back in January, my friends on social media couldn’t stop posting about healthy eating and trips to the gym. Fast forward a few weeks and those posts have dwindled, replaced by more typical things (cat macros, baby pictures, Trump bashing, etc.).

This isn’t surprising. By the end of February, most people have given up on their New Year’s resolutions. I discussed the reasons for this in a previous post – unrealistic goals, lack of support/accountability, loss of focus, and giving up. That’s why I decided to make goals/resolutions a theme throughout the year, checking in at the end of each month to see how everyone’s doing. Resolutions need to be a work in progress if they’re ever going to succeed, and we all need a little encouragement from time to time. Continue reading 2018 Writing Resolutions: February
